Spicer, MD through his desire to create the most effective, user-friendly, skincare products As a Board- Certified Dermatologist and Dermatopathologist with a degree in Biochemistry, Dr. Michael S. Spicer has a considerable understanding and knowledge of the structure and function of the skin. To achieve his goal of developing healthy skin care products that work, Dr. Spicer joined forces with top professionals in science and skin care. With their combined, extensive research and study, the result is Epice Skincare containing the purest, most effective ingredients available.  Among his product line is Epice Therapeutic Moisturizer: the solution Dr. Spicer formulated for children who suffer atopic dermatitis and eczema.
