Her interest in housing policy began at Avalon Housing in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where she focused on community organizing and tenant services for the supportive housing agency. Laurel is senior vice president for Solutions and chief program officer at Enterprise Community Partners, Inc., one of the nation’s leading social enterprises. Laurel leads the organization’s national programmatic and policy work, including the teams working in Enterprise’s local markets across the United States, and Enterprise’s groundbreaking initiatives focused on connecting people and communities to opportunity.
