Paul Serrano, PE, Principal Engineer, is the President of Enso Engineering, Inc. Paul has over 20 years of experience in Construction, Engineering Design and Investigative Engineering. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in New England, New York, New Jersey, Florida and 17 states in total and is registered with the NCEES. As Principal Engineer, Paul directs, reviews and approves all work performed by Enso Engineering. In addition, Paul manages the Enso Engineering’s Quality Assurance/Quality Control process. Paul serves as a project manager for investigative engineering, and insurance loss consulting services, construction management, cost estimating, and litigation preparation. Paul is qualified and has served as an expert witness. And need to quickly understand what caused the damage conditions in order to settle the claim.
