Lynn Dugle is Engility’s President, Chief Executive Officer and also serves as the Chairman for Engility's Board of Directors. Dugle has served as a director on our board since Feb. 26, 2015. She was a director of TASC from October 2014 to February 2015. Dugle joined Raytheon in April 2004, and served as the vice president of Raytheon Company and president of Raytheon IIS until her retirement in March 2015. She became president of the former Intelligence and Information Systems business in January 2009, and was previously its vice president and deputy general manager. Dugle serves as a director and member of the Audit and Technology Committees of State Street Corporation, and as a member of the Intelligence and National Security Alliance Board. Amanda Brownfield serves as senior vice president, Intelligence Solutions Group at Engility, which she joined through its TASC Inc. acquisition in 2015. Brownfield joined TASC in January 2013 to run its National Geospatial Intelligence Agency and Defense Intelligence Agency Business Unit after 15 years with SAIC. In a little less than a year, Brownfield was promoted to senior vice president, adding responsibility for the Central Intelligence Agency, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and, ultimately, the National Security Agency to her portfolio. During her time with both TASC and SAIC, Brownfield served as a leader of small project teams, large program teams and line units with P&L responsibility, serving customers across the defense, law enforcement and intelligence communities. Prior to joining SAIC, she was a captain in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, serving in the elite XVIII Airborne Corps at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. She holds a B.A. in political science from Duke University and an MBA from the George Washington University. Mark Bruno leads the Space Systems account for TASC, an Engility Company, supporting customers that include NASA, the National Reconnaissance Office and Air Force Space. Bruno led the Space Systems sector at TASC prior to the acquisition by Engility, and now leads a team of more than 1,100 systems engineers, technologists and other experts who provide intelligence customers with high-end systems engineering for space systems, ground systems, communications systems, mission operations, and research and development. Bruno has more than 30 years of experience in systems engineering and program management for the space and intelligence community. During the course of his career, he has successfully led numerous large programs while developing deep experience in space systems engineering, systems development, complex acquisitions and program management. Bruno earned a Bachelor of Science in computer science from the University of Pittsburgh. Scott Whatmough serves as the senior vice president of Engility’s Defense Group starting in 2017. He leads a team that delivers highly technical solutions and engineering services in support of the Department of Defense. Whatmough joined Engility after 30 years at Raytheon, where he most recently led a $900-million military electronics systems business. Prior to that, he worked at RCA Government Systems and Sequoia Systems. Whatmough holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Rhode Island. During his tenure at Raytheon, he served on the advisory board at Worcester Polytechnic Institute’s electrical and computer engineering department, and he was the board chairman for MILCOM, the premier international conference for military communications hosted by AFCEA and IEEE. Wayne Rehberger is Engility's senior vice president and chief financial officer. Rehberger is responsible for Engility’s overall financial functions and activities, including financial reporting and accounting, treasury, financial planning and analysis, tax, information technology, and facilities. He also provides leadership within the company’s operating units, including program finance. Tom Miiller is Engility's senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary. Before joining Engility, Miiller served since 2004 as general counsel and senior vice president of L-3 Services Group. Beginning in 1987, he held several legal positions at L-3 and its predecessor companies for more than 13 years. He then became vice president, general counsel and secretary of Allied Aerospace Inc. from 2000 through 2004. Earlier in his career, he served as an attorney with the law firm of Dykema Gossett in Washington, D.C., for eight years. Miiller received a Juris Doctor from the National Law Center at George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Utah. Bruce Feldman is Engility’s senior vice president of corporate growth and development.
