As long as I can remember I have loved helping people and animals.; I enjoyed just being of service. I was an active member in a family-run business in the 80's. In the 90's I shifted gears and began my higher education. I developed an interest in the human energy system and have been on a quest for knowledge of how the psyche works, when through my own circumstances and situation I sought counseling. What I discovered was that I held my breath a lot — which explained why I was always dizzy and felt ungrounded! What I have since discovered is by holding my breath, I encapsulated these situations (feelings, thoughts) within my system. This was evident when I would be in a new experience and an old one would over-shadow the new one. I completed my Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts degrees which led to working in community mental health and state institutions. In these arenas, I discovered I wanted to help the whole person not just their symptoms. I have people ask me all the time what I am. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) since 1996 who specializes in working with the energy field of the body. Based on my years of experience and training in both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Brennan Healing Science (BHS) skills, I help you discover how to integrate your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies through learning their language and how they influence each other. My vision is to help individuals reconnect with their bodies and develop the skill to listen as it speaks to them in its unique language. Welcome to Energetic Healing Solutions!
