Lackey began his career in 1978 working in the financial administration department for a 300-bed community hospital. Over the years, he has served as a consultant for Ernst & Young and for a managed Medicaid intermediary. He was Assistant Vice President of Administration for HealthAmerica Corporation, Vice President of Administration and founding officer for Coventry Corporation, and President of FOCUS Healthcare Management. In 1996, he joined Passport Health Communications as President, in 1998 assumed the additional responsibilities of CEO, and later as the company’s Chairman.  In 2009, he joined long-time friend David Iskowe at EnableComp as CEO, and in 2014, added the duties of Chairman of the Board. He retired as CEO in 2017, but remains Chairman. He serves on the Board of Directors for several organizations and was a board member of the Nashville Healthcare Council for eight years. Nashville Business Journal With 40 years of business experience in both the energy and healthcare sectors, David Jones brings a broad set of experiences and skills to Complete Holdings Group and EnableComp. Prior to joining Complete Holdings, he worked for 29 years at Tenneco Inc. and El Paso Corporation as Director of Human Resources, Operations Director of the Central Division, and VP of Eastern Operations. At El Paso, he spent several years leading M&A teams on three separate multi-billion dollar mergers. He left there in 2006 to form his own consulting company, the David Jones Group, working with clients in both the United States and Canada. He joined the Complete Holdings Group as a consultant in 2009 and one year later became President. When he joined, the company was small with a handful of clients and he was instrumental in implementing strategy, structure, and systems to help the company scale. In 2017, he assumed the role of CEO. Phil serves as managing partner of Primus Capital, a private equity firm that invests in growth companies in healthcare and technology. In addition to EnableComp, LLC, Phil currently serves on the Board of Directors of Forte Research Systems, Medhost, Payspan, and SkillSurvey. His historical investments include AOD Software (acquired by MatrixCare), Encore Legal Solutions (acquired by Epiq Systems), ExactCare Pharmacy (recap to Nautic Partners), Passport Health Communications (acquired by Experian), PathGroup (recap to The Pritzker Group), SterilMed (acquired by Ethicon Endo-Surgery, a Johnson & Johnson company), Universal Tax Systems (acquired by CCH, a Wolters Kluwer business), and Vendormate (acquired by Global Healthcare Exchange). Prior to joining Primus, Phil served in various roles at McKinsey & Company and The Boston Consulting Group. He earned a Juris Doctor from Yale Law School and a BA summa cum laude in Economics and Mathematics from Yale University. Chris serves as Principal at Primus Capital and focuses on the firm’s investment activities in both education and healthcare information technology. He is currently a Director of American Institutes, EnableComp, LLC and Payspan. Chris is also actively involved with MedHost. Historically, Chris was involved with AOD Software (acquired by MatrixCare), Emmi Solutions (sold to Wolters Kluwer, AEX:WKL), ExactCare Pharmacy (acquired by Nautic Partners) and PathGroup (acquired by The Pritzker Group). Chris previously worked for The Edgewater Funds, Chicago Growth Partners, and as a Senior Associate of Primus. Prior to joining Primus, he worked for Harris Williams & Co., a leading middle market investment bank. Chris received a BS summa cum laude in Human & Organizational Development and Economics from Vanderbilt University and received his MBA with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. David Jones brings more than 40 years of achieving operational excellence to EnableComp in his role as President and CEO of the organization’s holding company, Complete Holdings Group. Jones has served as organization development consultant to EnableComp since 2009, joined the firm as its President in 2010 and became the CEO in 2017. Prior to that he founded and led The David Jones Group which worked with companies and leaders to think bigger, perform better and execute faster. In addition to his consulting practice, his experience includes 40 years of Human Resources and Operations management within the energy industry. As Vice President of Operations, he oversaw more than 1,300 employees and corporate assets across 25 states, with annual operating budgets in excess of $400 million. He was also selected to lead the transition teams for three separate multi-billion-dollar mergers, consolidating and realigning key functional areas. Kevin Helms, Chief Business Development Officer Having spent more than a decade in financial leadership, Phil Clark is ideally poised to drive the financial management of EnableComp and its parent company, Complete Holdings Group. Phil, who joined EnableComp from Passport Health Communications, is responsible for all financial aspects of the Company including reporting, budgeting/planning, forecasting, treasure, risk management, internal controls, and investor and banking relations. His vision, expertise and entrepreneurial experience offers tremendous leadership for the organization. In addition, Phil also coaches his boys, participates with Boy Scouts and also volunteers with Show Hope of Franklin, an organization that provides financial assistance to families who adopt children.
