Jude Endres is a longtime friend of Raul who was asked to join the EMS Site Development Team for his experience in all aspects of the construction industry Mr. Endres is also a self-made business professional with a primary focus in the General Contracting and Real Estate Industry. As a 40-year veteran to the South Florida construction industry; Mr. Endres holds four Division 1 licenses with the State of Florida including two Certified General Contractor Licenses and a Certified Underground Utility and Excavation Contractor License. Mr. Endres’ professionalism, attention to detail and can do attitude is unsurpassed in the industry today. Mia Lutz joined the EMS Site Development Team possessing over 10 years’ experience as a Project Engineer. Ms. Lutz has previous Project Engineer experience from an Owner/Developer and General Contractor’s point of view. Mia has a work ethic that is second to none. She is the go to person with whom everyone depends. Mia is the first one to the office and the last to leave type of person. If something needs to get accomplished, it is Mia leading the way. Jorge Tavera joined the EMS Site Development Team possessing over 30 years’ experience in Site Development Management. Mr. Tavera not only manages the field operations he is also an integral part of our estimating process. Jorge oversees all aspects of the field operations with management talents that are second to none in the industry today. He is truly a key asset to the company and to its customers. Jose Zeron has been with EMS Site Development since its inception. Mr. Zeron has over 20 years of Site Development experience ranging from conception to completion. Jose is a can do person who will find a way to overcome any conflicts in the field. He is well known and respected for his talents by our Customers as well as Local, County and State Authorities. Mr. Zeron is a loyal, hardworking and dedicated leader of the EMS Site Development Team. Humberto Bustamante joined the EMS Site Development team with over 20 years of Site Development Management experience. Humberto is a proven leader who gets the job completed on time and on budget. Mr. Bustamante is an integral part of the senior management team who is respected by the customers, governing authorities and the employees alike.
