Emmett Sapp Builders A Family Business since 1975 Our story starts with a Lake County, FL sheriff’s deputy with passion and a dream to work in construction by starting his own company. At 39 years old and married with four children, Emmett Sapp Sr. started from scratch buying and renovating homes in Lake County. Our story starts with a Lake County, FL Sheriff’s Deputy with passion and a dream to work in construction by starting his own company. At 39 years old and married with four children, Emmett Sapp Sr. started from scratch buying and renovating homes in Lake County. 2017 is closing with successful builds such as Lake County Fire Station, All Saints Church addition and many new storefronts. 2018 starts with new shopping centers, government offices and a special needs facility well underway.
