Emerald Property Group, LLC Emerald Property Group, LLC I’ve been an entrepreneur since 1980. I grew up in Seattle Washington and right after high school I started my own sound and mixing business for local bands. I continued to build my company , until closing in 2006 to pursue real estate building and developing solely. Touring and mixing bands means a lot of late nights and time out on the road and after Hurricane Katrina, I was ready to stay put and help with the recovery. School graduated from Shoreline High in 1976. I have taken many Business, Investment and Marketing classes, seminars and read 100’s of books on these subjects.
