Operating out of the local Niceville area, Emerald Coast Paddleboard is situated within steps of the waters of the Emerald Coast. I am a certified 200 hr RYT and SUP instructor that also includes CPR certification. I have been practicing yoga for 7 years and have lived in the area since 1970 and well-versed in the ways of the Emerald Coast waters. I know and love this area and want to share the joys of the water along with my passion for yoga and adventure. My love is anything water: (of course! I’m Aquarius!) scuba diving, paddle boarding, kayaking, open water swimming, and retired Ironman triathlete. Yoga created my space to connect the mind and spirit to build strength, flexibility, balance and focus. Add water and what better way to enjoy the beauty of the Emerald Coast, connect with the water, have some fun and adventure?!
