Pam has over 20 years of experience in areas of health care administration and health information exchange. Kim Davis-Allen has served as the Outreach Coordinator for Florida’s EHR Incentive Program since program launch in 2011. She works closely with provider practices throughout the State conducting educational and outreach activities on program requirements, best practices, and practical applications.
