We don’t get it right all the time, of course; no one does. But we will always work hard to resolve any queries or issues rapidly and conscientiously – so you can get back to enjoying your dream vacation as quickly as possible. What you see is what you get with us. We never allocate on arrival. And we don’t push villas on to you if we don’t think they match up with what you want. We are happy to help guests book attraction tickets, arrange car hire, plan parties – or even arrange a special visit from Mickey Mouse himself! In fact, I’d like to encourage you to pick up the phone & give us a call. There’s nothing I like more than speaking with guests over the phone. It’s much more personal than email & it really helps us get a sense of what you are looking for from a vacation, so we can tailor just the right package for you. We’re here pretty much all the time.
