My name is Kathy Baddai and I am the owner of A Floral Affair Pro, a floral design studio located in the small town Parrish on the beautiful Gulf Coast of Florida. I started this company with a love for design and a passion for providing a product that was in season and fresh. I am a 1983 graduate of Norfolk County Agricultural High School with a Major in Floral Design, small business management and soil science. After graduation, I pursued my passion for floral design and launched a 25 yr. career at a high volume, fast paced, cutting edge design studio in Boston, Massachusetts where I worked in all of the downtown hotels and venues. In addition to my career, I was asked to join a group of floral designers to create flower designs for the prestigious Museum of Fine Arts Boston (Art in Bloom). Since Boston, I have worked locally as a wedding designer and event coordinator for a award winning floral design company in Sarasota, Florida. To continue my love of floral and my passion of helping create wonderful memories for others, I decided to open A Floral Affair Pro. For my weddings, from the moment my couples come to me, I am fully invested in their big day, giving all of my time and energy to them. It is my biggest goal to provide not only the freshest, most beautifully grown flowers from the area, but to also provide the highest level of customer service, leaving them feeling confident in working with A Floral Affair Pro. I understand that planning a wedding is no small fete! That is why I am committed to making sure all of my couples feel comfortable and excited, whether they are planning a wedding from afar or returning to their childhood home. We are committed to creating gorgeous floral decor that compliment the chosen time of year of your wedding using 100% local and American-grown flowers only.
