Elite Technical Care (ETC) was started in 2015 when a Google support engineer, a web designer, and a team of talented computer programmers and support providers got together to form a technical support company. While working at Google, the founder of ETC, David Hakki, became inspired to provide elite technical care traditionally enjoyed by tech giants to local business professionals. Noticing that many small companies suffered from long response times, transfers to overseas support, and lack of personalization which didn’t truly understand the company’s unique needs when trying to receive technical support, David Hakki sought to create a local, Tampa Bay based and operated tech support group that provides the same elite, personalized care that Google programmers enjoy. The result is Elite Technical Care. We work with our clients on a personal level to ensure that they receive the best technical support for their business as possible. Whether they be companies that operate locally or internationally, or doctor or lawyers seeking to streamline their business efficiently with the latest technology, we enjoy working with our clients to ensure that their business receives the best technical care possible.
