Elite Flooring of Naples was established in 2004 when a group of highly experienced stone and flooring specialists were joined by a motivated business leader with the desire and capital required to build a successful and thriving business. Kelli L Eastman-Billings, Elite's President has over 30 years in the Construction, Sales, Marketing and Management fields and oversees the Office and financial operations of the business. Elite's supervisory team has worked together for over 20 years. Their roots are in the flooring industry with each one beginning their career as an installer before moving on to management. With a combined total of over 95 years of experience in the flooring industry, our supervisors have the knowledge and skills to successfully complete any project. Supported by leading industry trade associations and manufacturers, CTEF launched the Certified Tile Installer (CTI) program in 2008 to provide a means for knowledgeable installers to verify their skills and promote themselves to potential clients and employers.�We are proud to employ tile installers who have demonstrated their ability by passing rigorous written and hands-on exams. Our mechanics are INSTALL certified. INSTALL (International Standards & Training Alliance) is a North American alliance of flooring mills, manufacturers, consultants, associations and contractors. We work together to ensure superior flooring installations via comprehensive training and certification of floor layers to bring out their best in skill, productivity, and attitude.�(
