"DOING THE HEART WORK NECESSARY TO CHANGE COMMUNITIES" Kendra worked with Duval County Schools for over 11 years where she served in the capacity of teacher and Assistant Principal.  Kendra obtained a Bachelor's of Science from Edward Waters College in 2001, and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2006.  Kendra is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Education Leadership with a minor in Urban Education at Nova Southeastern University.  Serving the disadvantaged has been a long time interest and mission for Kendra.  Sankofa Creations is a professional Natural Hair Studio and Organic Products Boutique located in Jacksonville, Fl; owned and operated by LaDonna Grafton.  LaDonna graduated Valedictorian of Ghent Beauty Academy in Norfolk, VA and received a Cosmetology License and has gained experience working with various organizations to expand her expertise in the beauty industry such as Hair Cuttery, Inc., Precious Momentz Salon & Spa and Tru Roots Natural Hair Salon, one of Jacksonville's premier natural hair studios.
