Elcomplus gains much experience and scales. It makes a transit from sales of equipment and small-scale solutions to complex communication systems and automation. The Company implements projects for regional oil and energy companies, and for regional Department of Internal Affairs. Completion and relocation of the Company to own three-storey office. Elcomplus completes more than 40 large projects for enterprises located in different regions of Russia. Among others the customers of the Company include a number of large oil and gas companies, petrochemicals companies, and a number of aluminum companies. Elcomplus launches a new business line — Engineering in Communication and Control Systems. The engineering design department is established in the Company. Elcomplus is licensed for design of buildings and structures of I and II levels of responsibility as per the State Standard. Expanding the business geography Elcomplus opens the East Siberian branch office in Irkutsk allowing for real-time cooperation with customers in the Eastern Siberia and the Far East of Russia. The Company opens the Department for Implementation allowing for high-grade execution of EPC contracts for communication and control systems. Elcomplus wins the contest for Leaders of Entrepreneurship in Tomsk in 2005 nominated for Efficiency and Business Development. Evgeny Teplyakov, Elcomplus CEO wins the regional contest for the Person of the Year nominated for Entrepreneur of the Year. Elcomplus opens its research and educational laboratory in Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectonics. Elcomplus implements more than 80 projects. The Company is listed as Gazprom supplier of equipment. Elcomplus wins a tender for a stage of line telemetry system construction project Barnaul-Biysk-Gorno-Altaisk. The Company launches manufacturing and certification of ELTA telemetry cabinet. Elcomplus implements more than 100 projects in various industries.
