El Shaddai Bible Ministries Inc. El Shaddai Bible Ministries Inc. was founded about fourteen years ago by Pastor Oswald T. Felix, Jesus Christ being the chief cornerstone. Through an answered prayer to God, I was able to reach the members of the church which I congregated with at the time. Some of the older members of the church were home bound and were unable to attend church. God showed me a way in which I could bring his word to these members by way of a Newsletter. The name that was given to me was The Lord had a plan for me and it was one greater than my expectations. While working at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center Emergency Room in Brooklyn, NY, the Lord wanted me to continue to spread his word to those who will accept it. With support and encouragement, Shepherdess Brown-Bell and I spent time studying the word of God, while using each opportunity to tell of God’s goodness to our fellow co-workers. The Lord works in mysterious ways, because more and more people wanted to hear his word. I sought permission to use the Chapel on my lunch breaks for bible study, consent was granted and six other co-workers joined in. During this time a Ministry was in the making. After leaving Wyckoff the ministry El Shaddai continued by means of phone calls and newsletters in hopes of reaching everyone. Today El Shaddai Bible Ministries Inc is located in North Port, Florida with a growing membership through Baptism and Hands of Fellowship. We are a faith based organization; a relationship with the community is significant in establishing and maintaining a positive presence in the community. Pastor Felix's desire to have a companion that will worship God with him prayed that God will send him the one he will spend the rest of his bornagain life with. In 1989 a vision was given to Pastor Felix showing him the rib that will soon be his help meet wife.Some one he had never seen before only in this vision with their two kids. In his growth in the Lord, Pastor Felix became affiliated with Hope For All Outreach Center in Brooklyn, NY, which is led by the Prophet Dr. Christopher E. Finch. As part of that ministry, he enrolled in The Hope For All Bible College and received his Bachelor of Theology degree. By the calling of the Lord, Pastor Felix and family relocated to Florida in 2005 and he now Senior Pastors of his own ministry, El Shaddai Bible Ministries Inc. in North Port, Florida.
