Andres is in charge of planning, analyzing and integrating strategies that preserve the philosophy and growth of the company. He has more than a decade of experience in technology systems and the real estate industry. He is a co-founder and administrator of SMC Air Conditioning that provides installation services and repair of industrial, commercial, and residential air conditioners in South Florida. He specializes in real estate transactions and is licensed by the State of Florida. Verónica is in charge of the day-to-day management of this division, which includes, among its responsibilities, rent collection, maintenance, insurance and claims. She has extensive knowledge in property management and negotiations with service providers. She is licensed to conduct real estate transactions by the State of Florida. Lalo is in charge of accounting and oversight of administrative processes, with extensive experience gained in companies focus in fund administration services and import/export. He holds a degree in International Business from FIU (Florida International University), located in Miami, USA.
