Our company is built on decades of attention to detail,
Considered by many to be the standard for premium millwork, Eisenhardt Mills is listed among a handful of nationally known elite manufacturers. Established in 1937, our company is a fourth-generation family business and we pride ourselves on our exceptional work and high standards when it comes to quality, service, and integrity in building.
Inside Eisenhardt Mills
Eisenhardt Mills has decades of experience in fine craftsmanship and specific expertise in high-end residential building, high-end commercial projects, and historical restoration. We have been building stable, reliable relationships with our clients for nearly 80 years. The company began with William Eisenhardt, when he left Fitzgerald Speer Lumber during the Great Depression and opened a modest shop called Eisenhardt Mills. His outstanding integrity and work ethic helped him build a strong reputation among customers and within the building industry.
Eisenhardt Mills has been passed down through generations of the Eisenhardt Family. Grandson Donald W. Lockard is the current owner while his daughter (and William’s great-granddaughter) Amanda Zimmerman is transitioning to CEO. The company continues William’s legacy as an extremely reputable and upstanding family-run business working on projects from the Northeast Coast down to Florida, St. Maarten, and St. Louis.
Fun Fact: Eisenhardt Mills was part of the war effort with creating Block and Tackle and Ammunition boxes during WWII.
Now that the Immanuel Church reconstruction is almost complete, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your company for your enormous contribution to the success of the project. Without good millwork, this project would not have had much impact; the millwork you have produced is of furniture quality and I’m sure will be admired for years to come.
Eisenhardt Mills understands the careful planning, coordination, and special craftsmanship that is required to bring historic buildings back to their original grandeur. Over the years, we have been entrusted with the restoration of some of the most iconic structures in the United States. We offer extensive experience in this market.
