Most recently as Vice President of Engineering at both Veracode and Cigital, Mike led teams that defined and delivered security products as SaaS offerings. Mike has more than 10 years of experience in security offerings that include security information event management, network security, and static and binary analysis. Christina joined Cygilant in 2009 as Corporate Controller. She has more than 15 years of financial management expertise developing and implementing financial planning, controls, and reporting for high-tech companies. Previously, she served at Ecora Software Corporation (acquired by Versata, Inc.) as Director of Finance. She played an instrumental role in the company’s acquisition, actively contributing to investor meetings, and preparing financial due diligence documents. She has held positions as Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis for Cedar Point Communications, Segue Software (acquired by Borland Software) and Network Plus Corporation (acquired by Broadview Networks), responsible for the development of company forecasts, long-range planning, annual operating plans, and management reporting. As Chief People Officer at Cygilant, Bob Quinn brings more than twenty years of experience building and implementing people strategies across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Operations, Systems, and Learning and Development within the software industry. Bob has a proven track record of enabling companies to achieve business objectives by developing innovative initiatives that drive performance and engagement across organizations. Before founding Arrowroot Capital, Matthew was a Managing Director and Head of the Acquisitions Team at Actua Corp. (NASDAQ: ACTA; fka ICG Group). While at Actua, Matthew was a lead or active investor and board member of several companies including MSDSonline (nka VelocityEHS), Parchment, Instamed, and InvestorForce (acquired by NYSE: MSCI). He was also an investment committee member of Rittenhouse Ventures, an early stage VC based in Philadelphia. Prior to Actua, Matthew worked in the technology group at TA Associates in the Boston and London offices. During his tenure, Matthew was an active investor, including board meeting attendance with: Creditex (acquired by IntercontinentalExchange (NYSE: ICE)), Smartstream Technologies (acquired by Dubai International Financial Centre), and OpenLink Financial (acquired by the Carlyle Group). Prior to TA Associates, Matthew worked at Platinum Equity in Los Angeles, where he was involved with Platinum’s investment in Broadspire Services (acquired by Crawford & Company (NYSE: CRD.B)). Matthew was also the co-founder of Quewey, a digital media company based in Philadelphia. Matthew received a M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. from Boston College.
