Standard features in all our homes are central a/c, washer/dryer, refrigerator, range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and other features of a fully equipped kitchen, including cookware, dishes, etc. Also included are phones, televisions, pillows, blankets, all bed linens and towels. BBQ grills, where supplied, should be used with caution and located away from the house when in use. EHM Rentals welcomes vacationing families, couples and groups where the lead Renter is over 25 years of age, subject always to the capacity limit stated in the Rental Agreement. A Security Deposit of $300 will be required. Renter is responsible for damage caused by willful negligence and/or damage by pet(s). The house should be left broom clean and damage free. If required, the security deposit must be paid with your final payment. If the home is left damage-free, the security deposit will be returned within 20 business days from check-out. You will be notified by mail of any itemized damage charges and the total will be deducted from your security deposit.
