Kevin Ruppelt, Vice President and General Manager, has more than 35 years experience building and leading diverse, high-performing businesses. Previously with General Electric, Kevin comes from a diverse background in the water, renewable energy, warranty management, consumer and commercial goods industries, with success in developing teams and integrating sales, marketing, engineering, and operations to deliver optimal results. His immense passion for leading businesses and developing products from concept to commercialization including domestic and international business partnerships is what contributes to continued professional success. As VP and GM of Eemax Inc. & Raypak Inc. , Kevin uses his vision for progressive solutions to guide Eemax into a high growth, innovative, and customer focused business. Jens Bolleyer, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, has worked on products and services that promote energy or water savings and result in building efficiency throughout his career. He joined Eemax in January of 2013, and leads all commercialization efforts of electric tankless water heaters for Eemax, EcoSmart and Rheem brands worldwide. Jens is responsible for development and execution of brand, product, channel, and sales strategies. Jens comes to Eemax from consumer and homebuilding industry leading public and private manufacturing companies, where he gained experience through various assignments in product and channel marketing, communications, sales management and business leadership. VP of Business Development and Strategic Accounts Aaron Siegel, Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Accounts, joined Eemax in 1993 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, where Aaron was responsible for developing and implementing business strategies for growing sales, launching marketing programs, targeting new customers, and developing existing accounts. He formulated company-wide sales objectives with a network of industry-leading domestic and export representatives and had direct responsibility for managing the Eemax sales organization. Under Aaron’s sales leadership, Eemax has experienced nearly two decades of dynamic growth. Most recently, Aaron was named Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Accounts, where it is his responsibility to identify and formulate plans to expand business through strategic partnerships and to negotiate national account programs with leading distributors in the plumbing industry. Kathy Daudish, Vice President of Engineering and Operations, joined Eemax in November of 2015 and leads the Engineering and Operations organizations in the design, development, manufacturing and support of all products. Kathy comes to Eemax with extensive experience in aerospace and automotive industries, where she gained experience holding leadership roles in both development and manufacturing of high quality innovative products. As Quality Assurance Manager, Mark is responsible for the Quality Management System and Continuous Improvement activities resulting in streamlined product development, productivity gains, and reduction of warranty costs. As a member of the Eemax team, Mark recently developed the Company Quality Policy that is acknowledged and supported by all personnel within the organization. Mark is credited for working with technicians and customers in the field, solving application issues, and developing corrective and preventative actions for current and future products. Rich McKnight, Director of Finance, joined Eemax in April of 2016 and leads Eemax’s Finance, Accounting, and IT Departments. Rich has over 15 years of experience working in a variety of financial roles for multinational corporations. Rich joined Eemax from Pitney Bowes and formerly worked for the New York Stock Exchange, American Stock Exchange and Fidelity Investments. Rich is a graduate of Penn State University and holds a MBA from Fordham University. Leveraging state-of-the-art technology employed in Eemax’s proven SafeAdvantage and SpecAdvantage product lines, the company has now launched LavAdvantage thermostatic electric tankless water heaters.
