Jose and Kelly have been life partners since 2001 and business partners since 2003 when they started a travel consulting company to serve the US military communities in Western Germany. Co-Founder, Business Manager & Government Contracting Specialist Jose was born in the mountains of Puerto Rico where the smell of roasting coffee beans is only eclipsed by the chants of the pink coquis. He attended vocational school specializing in electronics and worked for the telephone company until joining the US Army. His 40+ year military career has taken him to Panama, Korea, Belgium, Germany and most recently fulfilling his long life dream of working in the Pentagon. Consuelo holds a MEd in Education Leadership and a BA in Politics and English and has recently begun working on an EdD in Transformative Leadership. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees for a public charter school in Washington, D.C. and has and educational focus on urban education, program and policy work for high-risk populations, and culture and climate improvement in urban schools. Consuelo has helped to develop and manage post-graduate studies for persons with disabilities in developing countries including Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Cambodia, and Vietnam. As a native Seattleite, Consuelo can be found faithfully cheering for the Seattle Seahawks during football season. We are physically co-located in the Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia, Florida, Nevada, Oregon, and Germany.
