EPC is managed and operated by Julia Hidalgo a certified Paralegal with a Master Degree in Information and Library Science. She has more than 15 years of experience working with legal document preparation, giving educational advice for high school students and offering a wide range of notary services and process bilingual documents, in English and Spanish. We offer a wide selection of affordable Educational, Notary and Paralegal Services. Our services are available in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach & Monroe counties. We are not licensed members of the Bar and do not practice law. We cannot and does not give legal advice in any matter.
