Ivan Ramirez: Founded, Educational Bricks in December 2011 Educational Bricks introduces STEM activities for participant’s ages 4 – 14. By using LEGO®, DUPLO® and KNEX® component we provide a variety of guided activities. The benefits for engaging in building simple machines, complex mechanisms and LEGO® robotics are truly 21st century education, it brings out the creativity and exploration, and increases self-esteem to our participants. In addition, our participants experience speed building, pattern recognition, and organizational skill, stimulating their cognitive skills. Our participants have so much fun during our workshops that they don’t even realize they are learning. Educational Bricks is ideal for STEM activities. The kits are composed of gears, levers, pulleys, bushes, connecting pegs, axles and blocks, which allows for time to investigate in designing and making new models for group demonstration as well.
