We are here for you  (407) 330-1808 DesignWare since 2000. With her background in Operations, Project management, Human Resources and Accounting she is an integral part of the team. In addition to her responsibilities managing the company's internal processes, she is the keeper of DesignWare Inc.  Tom has spent 22 of the past 32 years as a consultant for electronic product development.  Products designed and modified cover a broad range, including consumer, commercial, military and medical products.  Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to new start-ups. Tom is an army vet, has his degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin Parkside.  He started out of college with a start-up contract manufacturing company helping it grow to a solid company that offered electronic design and manufacturing services. Tom has held various director and vice-president positions for companies such as;  the AtariTel Division of Atari Inc. and DTI Security.  In 1990 Tom strated consultanting for Casi-Rusco, in Florida, to reorganize the company's manufacturing operation.  After completing the reorg, he stayed on as a consultant to design a new RFID product line.  Tom continued consulting for a variety of companies and developed new products that used GPS technology, helped reduce system costs and has provided design and product management on a variety of products over a broad range from consumer, commercial, military and medical products.  It was during this time that Tom realized that when a company had a good experience with a consultant, they would generate repeat business.
