ECOSPHERE TECHNOLOGIES, INC., STUART

Company Ecosphere Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:ESPH) is an innovative U.S. technology licensing and manufacturing company that develops environmental solutions for global markets. We help industry increase production, reduce costs, and protect the environment through a portfolio of more than 35 powerful, patented and patent pending, technologies: Technologies like Ozonix® and our Ecos PowerCube®, which are being licensed across a diverse range of industries and applications throughout the world. Keeping Production Processes Flowing Because water is a vital component in our customers' production processes, scarce water resources and environmental regulation can limit their ability to bring clean energy to market. Our goal is to help clean energy producers gain more control over their water resources, quality and completion costs by providing effective mobile water recycling solutions. Today, the oil and natural gas industry is successfully using our patented Ozonix® technology to treat and recycle the water used in oil and natural gas well drilling and completion programs. Ecosphere Technologies Inc. has been a water industry innovator since 1998, when company founders began developing eco-friendly technologies to solve major water remediation challenges on land and at sea. Our commitment to clean water includes ongoing investment in research and development of advanced water treatment processes, and an annual donation of two percent of revenues to help further environmental initiatives around the world. Recent events in history made our development of water filtration technology for mobile delivery systems extremely relevant. The tragedies of 9/11, the Banda Aceh Tsunami and Hurricane Katrina, showed the magnitude of suffering when clean water supplies are compromised. During those years, the federal government enacted legislation calling for the nation's 8552 municipalities to have emergency backup water systems in place. The EPA tested and verified our patented water filtration and purification technology to treat waters contaminated by biological pathogens and other toxic substances, and deliver clean drinking water. We also developed a mobile emergency water filtration system for first responder organizations, and deployed the first unit to Waveland, Mississippi to provide safe drinking water for thousands of people in Katrina's aftermath. "When people use the term life-support system...I think of our planet and the wealth of natural resources that keep us alive. Our health and security as human beings depends on how successful we are at keeping the world's resources healthy and secure. Corporations can play an enormous role in this effort, and that's why I serve on Ecosphere Technologies' Advisory Board." Ecosphere Technologies' most recent 'eco-technology' breakthrough is Ozonix®, a water recovery and recycling process with the ability to help energy companies recycle precious water resources. We have established environmental alliances with leaders in business, industry, government and environmental organizations. Together, we have developed innovative technologies and services to enable more environmentally responsible water management practices for industry. As the world awakens to issues of global warming and humanity's impact on the planet, our commitment has never been stronger. Support for the Ocean Futures Society is but one example of how Ecosphere Technologies exemplifies the power of corporations and conservationists to pursue shared goals for the common good. His philosophy is the genesis for the name Ecosphere Technologies and has helped inform many of its guiding principles, from our commitment to the environment to our "Open Innovation" business model. Our founding vision for stewardship of the world's water has taken on new meaning as the U.S. faces increased challenges to its water resources. Current economic and environmental pressures are driving greater awareness of the urgent need for intelligent resource conservation. Through our "Open Innovation" business model, we are actively identifying environmental challenges, inventing and protecting new technologies to solve them, and working with our licensed partners to help organizations leverage these technologies to improve their water conservation practices so they can meet production goals and environmental requirements successfully. With a strong commitment to research, ongoing development of patented technologies, and successful completion of large-scale water projects, Ecosphere is uniquely positioned to deliver real and lasting process improvements for a broad range of industries and applications. From energy exploration to agriculture, manufacturing to mining, our innovative technologies provide the potential to recycle billions of gallons of wastewater each year while safeguarding our nation's clean energy reserves. And for many industries, such as mining operations focused on hard, precious, and strategic metals, our technologies not only protect the environment – they can increase yields. In the world's developed countries, we take it for granted that clean water flows freely through an established infrastructure into our homes, schools, offices and manufacturing plants, and across our farmlands. While we have instant access to this life-sustaining substance, millions of others do not. We will continue on our mission, encouraged by the world's growing awareness of the need to solve these pressing challenges of access to and preservation of our water resources. The stock market embraces businesses fueled by intellectual property and innovative manufacturing - businesses that are IP-heavy and capital-light. Move seamlessly from patent to product.
