Ecoresolve’s founder and president, Desmond Duke, has over 16 years of experience in the mitigation banking industry. Focused on providing the most cost effective and ecologically sound mitigation solutions for his clients, Desmond also spent many years as the VP of Business Development for one of the nation’s leading mitigation companies. He has managed sales in excess of $65M in over 300 transactions, with much of his business taking place here, in the Southeast region of the United States. Desmond is seasoned in wetland, conservation and stream mitigation banking. Desmond was born and raised South Africa. Upon completing high school, he joined the military and served for 2 years as a non-commissioned officer in the equestrian wing. Thereafter, he completed his Bachelor of Science Degree at the University of Stellenbosch with majors in Conservation and Public Administration. Before travelling abroad, he worked as a game ranger in Zululand. Ecoresolve has established a track record of success and dedicated to provide outstanding customer service with honesty, reliability and integrity.
