The EcoPlexus project teams have completed, or currently have under construction, over two hundred (200) MWs of projects, and include Licensed General Contractors (B), Licensed Electrical Contractors (C-10), Specialty Solar Contractors (C-46), and NABCEP certified professionals. The finance team has originated over ($300m) three hundred million in projects to date under Power Purchase Agreements with excellent returns for investors and banks. The principals of Ecoplexus have extensive experience in energy services, electricity markets, and finance. Mr. Gorman has 20 years of business experience, 14 of those as COO or CEO of dynamic growth companies. Prior to founding Ecoplexus, previous roles were as CEO of a mobile phone software and service provider in Beijing, China. Founder and COO of Servista Ltd., a UK based provider of outsourced business process and IT solutions to some of the largest competitors in the UK retail electricity, gas and telecommunications industries. He was COO of the US company Bailey Street Holdings, after it was spun out and purchased from the listed retailer The Bombay Company. Bailey Street is a contract designer of accent furniture with manufacturing in Asia and clients globally. Prior to his MBA, he worked in software product management and national account development roles for Triad Systems Inc. and Computer Associates. He has an MBA from London Business School. Mr. Stuebe has led the business development and finance efforts of Ecoplexus from its start. Mr. Stuebe has 20+ years of business experience in corporate finance and general management. Prior to founding Ecoplexus, Mr. Stuebe started and grew a consumer products company to $25 million in sales. He also formerly worked at Kidder, Peabody in investment banking and Trammell Crow Company in real estate development. Mr. Stuebe is a graduate of Harvard Business School and holds a BS in Finance from the University of Minnesota. Mr. Morrison has overseen the engineering, procurement, construction, and operations & maintenance of over 80 ground mounted solar facilities totaling more than 450 MW. Formerly as COO of Strata Solar, he was instrumental in helping Strata grow from $3 million to over $450 million in annual revenue. Mr. Morrison also served as Asst. Secretary of Energy for North Carolina, and was VP of Operations for Advanced Energy, an energy efficiency company.  He has over 25 years of operations and energy experience and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, and an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford. Mr. Campaniello has over 15 years of corporate and project finance experience. Mr. Campaniello was founder of Resource Innovation, a clean energy project finance advisor to clients including Recurrent Energy and Medley Capital.  He has held senior management and finance roles with several energy finance and technology firms including Solar Mosaic and Agilewaves.  He was the founder of Semetric Development, an environmental management software provider acquired by Ecos Technologies.  He was previously with Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Department, working with client companies that successfully raised over $2.5 billion in debt and equity capital.  He holds an MBA from the Haas School at UC Berkeley and a BA from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Mr. DeVito brings over 28 years of experience in the US power industry. Joe started his career as an electrical engineer for the United Illuminating Company, designing distribution, transmission, SCADA and relaying projects and conducting project management. Upon liberalization of the northeastern US markets, Joe became involved with the establishment of wholesale electric market design, RTO formation and open access transmission. Joe became heavily involved in electric market policy making across the United States, and lead the regulatory and political teams of NRG Energy, FPLE, and Wisvest. Joe transitioned to renewable energy project and business development in 2006, leading RES’ efforts in the development, acquisition, divesture and marketing of RES Americas’ projects across a twenty four state footprint. Over his career, Joe and his teams developed over 2,000 MWs of wind, solar and battery storage projects, of which over 1100MWs (about $2.3Bn) of assets is currently operational. In 2014, Joe co-founded SolarStone. SolarStone developed over 100MWs of community solar projects in Minnesota, and has been an integral part of the Minnesota Community solar and utility scale solar market. Joe holds a BSEE in electrical engineering, specializing in power systems from Worcester Polytechnic (WPI): Joe also has taken Advanced Power System Engineering from PTI, and management training from Cornell University.
