I just replaced my AC system and had 4 quotes from local companies. Eco Air was the best value with the best equipment and by far the Best service! They repaired my existing unit to get me by, and credited the repair towards my new system 2 weeks later! I have dealt with Andrew, Austin,Jake, and Ron and they are all great, a 10 in service, courteous, and professional attitude! This company shows up when they say, call back and above all; Do what they say they will! Excellent company, call them first they won’t disappoint! One last attaboy; my pre-existing drain line was causing my new unit to shut down. I called their Service hotline last night only to get an answering machine and was not happy, but 5 minutes later the on duty tech, Ron, called back came out and fixed the problem in minutes, we were cool, just like the company!!!!!!!
Greg was very nice, knowledgeable & quite professional; calling me back in just a very few minutes from the time I left my message (at 7:30AM this morning). He was here within the hour, diagnosed the problem, had me follow him up the ladder so he could show, as well as explain the problem to me & left me with a detailed quote that also included everything he has shown/told me in writing..” I tried contacting 2 other companies after he gave me his quote to try & provide Denny & Kari, the homeowners, with a couple additional options to choose the company they felt good about. Although the first company did answer the phone, she wanted me to schedule an appointment on Tuesday or Wednesday to have a “technician” come out & review the problem (& tell me what I had already been told) then see when they could schedule any repair work that may be needed. The second company had a answering system & “in an emergency someone will call you back within the hour”. I left a message for them to call if they would like to provide an estimate to do the job. I did not receive a call back.
My husband and myself want to thank you so much for the service you provided to us, from the initial phone call to request someone could come to our home and assess the situation with our air conditioning. My husband had just been released from the hospital that afternoon and the temperature in our home was almost 100 degrees. Realizing the air was not working we made the call to you and within half an hour you were here. After conducting your inspection you very honestly and without any pressure to purchase from you, explained in detail the condition of our unit, even tried to remedy the problem by pouring freon into the unit but when that fix didn’t work, determined we did indeed need a new unit. Even at that point there still was no pressure from you. You patiently detailed exactly what your units would provide, cleaner air, less on our monthly FP&L bills.” “You explained the various options you had to offer, all of which were excellent and then we made the decision to go ahead and have a new unit installed. That too was handled without incidence with two very professional young men. The installation went smoothly and within six hours we were experiencing “beautiful fresh air”, were the proud owners of a great clean unit in our garage, which replaced the very rusted, dirty and obviously inefficient one. The unit outside also was replaced with a compatible unit to the inside one as that was one of the things you had explained to us that evening. So needless to say we are very pleased with our overall experience with Eco Air and will and have already done so, highly recommend your company to neighbors and friends. Thank you once again for your efficient service and last but of course not least, providing us with a beautiful cool and clean home.
My renter called me for the third time in one week to say her air was not working. The previous A/C company that had been there two times that week could not get there till the next day.
