Echtelo was formed in the summer of 2016 by our President, Kaila Glaros.  Kaila had been a paralegal and working in the legal field for about ten years.  At each firm Kaila worked for, she strived to create more efficient ways to do things that resulted in better use of her time and less stressful days for herself and her attorneys. Her goal was to always be able to find things quickly, easily, and without having to leave her desk.  The answer to doing that was to have everything at her fingertips in digital form.  While Kaila strives to help firms use less paper, she realizes that being 100% paperless is extremely difficult and she doesn't encourage her clients to reach for the truly paperless status.  Her goal for firms is that same is it was for herself when working at a law firm - use your time and space more efficiently and effectively, making both clients and employees happier.
