Ebury Holdings is a niche property development and investment company based in the heart of the West End. We specialise in site acquisition, site management and procurement of planning permission across all property sectors and London Boroughs, in order to maximise and enhance the development value, sometimes building out to completion, or selling on to a builder. The business has, for some time, focused on central London, predominantly the conversion of commercial buildings to residential, although we also acquire income producing commercial investments. In the last two years, our focus has been on greater London locations such as Kennington and Streatham.
