The EasyVote Solutions team consists of experts from the software technology sector and former election officials who know firsthand the demands election offices face. Ron Davis is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of EasyVote Solutions. For the past 25 years, Ron has been a leader in driving technology solutions to the marketplace. From technology start-ups to worldwide corporations, Ron has used his sales, marketing, and management skills to help drive multi-million dollar revenue goals. By always using the mantra of “value creation”, Ron has successfully rolled out new products, rolled out existing products to new markets, re-tooled sales forces for more success and created indirect sales forces where there was none before. Today through EasyVote, Ron is using his skills to develop software solutions to automate election processes and increase efficiency and productivity for our customers. Charles serves as Chief Financial Officer & Co-founder of EasyVote Solutions. His professional career has included financial positions in both small and large companies, with a focus in using financial expertise to help grow profitable businesses. Charles has a passion for early stage companies. He is a founding partner and sits on the Board of Directors of The Meadowmont Group, a multi-strategy Investment Fund. Charles holds a MBA degree with an emphasis on Finance from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Chuck is a responsible for leading all the technology development for EasyVote Solutions. He has a long history of software development with both large and small companies. During his time as a software developer at AT&T, Chuck was responsible for helping AT&T obtain over fifteen patents. Recently his work has included incorporating more mobile capabilities into a changing election process landscape. Chuck’s real expertise is seeing a customer’s vision and developing efficient software around that vision. Sandy joined the EasyVote team after serving as Elections Supervisor for Franklin County, Georgia. Sandy brings to the team her expertise in the Elections Office, along with her 20+ years of technology experience. She is primarily responsible for making sure customers have the best experience possible with the EasyVote software. Jason Barnett – Business Development Director, South Central United States Jason brings more than 17 years of experience in the election industry working in both private and public sectors. Recently, Jason served as Elections Administrator for Williamson County in Georgetown, and as Deputy Elections Administrator for Denton County, Texas. Prior to his role as an election official, Jason worked with Election Systems and Software (ES&S) and the VOTEC Corporation and also received his certification as a Certified Elections/Registration Vendor (CERV) from Auburn University’s Election Center. As a former elections administrator who understands the complexities of preparing for and conducting elections, Jason brings an extraordinary blend of election knowledge and experience focused on helping county elections offices achieve their goals for smooth and successful elections. Shaun Adams serves as EasyVote’s Director of External Affairs & General Counsel. His primary focus is strategy development for our EasyCampaignFinance and other transparency based modules, as well as, legislative tracking at the state and federal level. Prior to joining EasyVote, Shaun worked as an Associate Legislative Director for ACCG, Georgia’s county association where he advocated at the state and federal level on ethics and elections issues. Shaun was the point person for ACCG during the development and implementation of House Bills (HB) 142 and 143, which reformed ethics laws in Georgia including reinstituting filing at the local level for local officials and candidates. After the passage of HB 142 and 143, Shaun led efforts to enhance the law with the passage of Senate Bill (SB) 297 the following session, as well as, worked in collaboration with the Georgia Election Officers Association (GEOA) and Voter Registrar’s Association of Georgia (VRAG) to provide training and implementation support for local elections staff around the state. Shaun is a graduate of Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School and received his Bachelor of Arts from Florida State University.
