My wife and I personally own 4 single family vacation rental homes in the Crystal Beach area of Destin, Florida, and manage 14 others for out of state owners. My wife and I are both retired executives, I was a Credit Union CEO for twenty plus years. This is our dream retirement job and we thoroughly enjoy what we do. Our goal is to grow our little company to where we can still hands-on manage the operation, so we can maintain the quality of service we provide to our Owners and Guests.  We are selective on the properties we take over, and all properties that we currently manage for others are high-quality, pet friendly homes, and all have come from friends or referrals of current owners. We have many fine vacation home rentals available from 3 bedroom, 2 bath homes to 6 bedroom, 7 bath homes, and most with private pools as well as Destin pet friendly rentals. Close to all the fun, shopping, and restaurants in Destin; and of course close to the beach! Most of our homes are located in the Crystal Beach area of Destin, and all homes are three blocks or less from the beach. All of our Destin vacation home rentals that are more than two blocks from the beach come standard with a well maintained street legal golf cart. Golf carts are optional for our other homes as well. It is of utmost importance to us that you arrive to a clean home. Easy Street Vacation Rentals employs professional housekeepers to thoroughly clean and sanitize your rental. You may think that because we have pet friendly vacation homes that we are not as clean as perhaps other rentals. Not so! BECAUSE we are pet friendly, we make a special effort to keep our homes extra clean. In fact, the most common comment we receive is that it is hard to believe that pets have ever stayed at our homes. (We like those comments as well!) Have you ever been frustrated by no return calls? No response to e-mails? Not here - we work hard to respond to calls and emails as quickly as possible. We know we are here to answer any questions and make sure you have everything you need before, during and after your Destin vacation with us! It would be silly for us to spend a lot of money to get you to call or e-mail, only to blow it by not responding when we do get inquiries. At Easy Street Vacation Rentals, we are very competitive on our rates, and we do rate surveys on a monthly basis. Even though we know we have an above average product, we still charge very competitive rates. It has been our experience that once guests stay with us one time, they typically become repeat renters, and that's a good thing.
