Experience the East Hill Property Management Difference Steve has 27+ years of experience working in the technology industry and almost a third of that time was spent specifically in the residential property management industry. Steve started in the industry on the business partner side and is a tremendous asset to East Hill because he understands both sides of the industry. Steve served as Vice-President of one the industry’s major accounting software providers and was recognized for his integrity and accountability while in that role. As the Operations Manager, Steve has brought his technology experience to East Hill and just recently transitioned them over to a cloud based organization. Arguably East Hill now has the best data integrity and disaster recovery plan of any of our competitors. Steve is an active member of the Community Associations Institute both locally and nationally. He has given presentations to multiple local chapters and has been a featured presenter at two of the last three national CAI shows. While on the business partner side, Steve lead the way for his entire software organization to become an Educated Business Partner. Steve holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Cabrini University (Cum Laude). He is the proud father of two grown sons and he has been happily married for over 30 years. When not working Steve serves as an assistant high school lacrosse coach and he also enjoys playing with his black lab, Cooper. Caliber is an accounting software product with Homeowners can perform a number of tasks in the Caliber Web Portal View their account, add, edit, and delete Email addresses and phone numbers, updating their mailing address (with appropriate permissions), updating date of birth, changing their password, and setting mailing preferences are the primary tasks that are available to homeowners. Doing Business with East Hill Communities Our partners, vendor, and supplier relationships are a valuable part of the East Hill Property Management team. We offer direct access through our vendor portal which provides superior interaction and communications between East Hill, our community managers, buyers, and vendors in order to eliminate phone calls and so that our vendors receive their payment faster. Successful vendor relations allow us to service our association clients more efficiently. This vendor portal enables the submission of invoices and the exchange of critical information within Active Pay thus accelerating the AP approval process, which also improves your cash flow and fosters a positive vendor experience.
