Jim W. Adams is president of the company and third-generation cooling tower professional. At a young age, Jim started learning cooling towers from his uncles, his dad and granddad which where all in the cooling tower industry. As Jim grew up he learned the business side from his father who started and still owns and operated Adams Cooling Tower, Inc. Working in the field from labor to operations manager, he then when to work for a cooling tower rep firm for four years learning cooling tower design and selections. Taking his unique knowledge of field work and extensive knowledge base combined with the technical side he noticed a high demand for his unique capabilities.
