This Manual will be written and updated as needed and distributed to all the necessary employees. A signed acknowledgment will also be received from each employee and placed in the appropriate file. We provide you with a professional safety program that reduces your accidents and regulatory exposure. - The Compliance Group can establish a DOT or Drug Free Work Place policy for your company. TCS will monitor and manage this program for your company. We have a select number of drug testing companies and we are an On-Site provider that can best assist you with your testing needs. Allowing The Compliance Group, INC to manage your program will insure that you remain in compliance with the regulatory requirements. � The Compliance Group will process and maintain your driver files. Each past employment verification is sent via Certified mail to ensure the proper documentation and establish a precedent for your company. We will schedule pre-employment drug test and run each drivers MVR to ensure eligibility. In addition all drivers will be tracked with a state of the art program that allows us to notify you of which and when each driver�s license and medical card expires and to run their yearly MVR check. All of these benefits are complete to ensure compliance with DOT state and federal regulations. - The Compliance Group will maintain all vehicle maintenance files. Receipts will be collected and logged in accordance to DOT regulations. All Annual DOT inspections and preventive maintenance will be tracked and your company will be notified at the beginning of each month which vehicles are due for inspections or preventive maintenance. The Compliance Maintenance Group also has the ability to come to your location either very early in the morning or late in the evening to PM or inspect your units so there is not down time for that vehicle.
