Founded in 2013 by Jim Ferreira and Kelly Ferreira, DHI is excited to be part of the area’s renaissance and we aspire to continue contributing to the economic rejuvenation of Southwest Florida and its neighborhoods. Jim and Kelly are a father daughter team who have worked in the construction industry for a combined 40 years of experience. It all started in Boulder, CO with the birth of Kelly and Jim starting in the drywall sub-contracting business. After moving to Florida in 1986 Jim continued in the drywall business from the supplier side. He has managed large scale building supply companies for 25 yrs and recently sold his own building supply company in 2006. Kelly started in Architecture as an autocad technician. She then went into the construction field and has managed several large drywall subcontracting firms which she continues to do today. For years, Jim and Kelly dreamed of creating their own real estate business, but didn’t know how it would work. They just knew they had to start somewhere; so they just jumped right in, and decided to make their dream a reality. With a goal to work together in real estate doing what they love, Jim and Kelly desired to share their passion of real estate with others. As they began to develop the company and carve their niche in the big world of real estate, they quickly realized that there was a distinct need for certain real estate services they originally did not foresee. So they decided to create a company where they would offer a package of real estate services, known as Dynasty Home Innovators,Inc. estate transaction.
