Called RIC they responded in a prompt and courteous manner. They had to track down a certain part and then fixed the problem on the same day. We deal with many types of vendors and businesses at Joseph Motors, Rick and the guys at Dynamic were first class in their presentation, estimates, installation. They added exterior lighting to multiple buildings, re-wired and installed new CAT6 wiring throughout our entire showroom and created new outlets, tie-ins, and junction boxes. They were even better when they had to come back to troubleshoot an issue, no excuses, showed up literally within hours of being notified ( on a weekend!!! ) and solved it. They showed up on time and worked very hard to get our issues taken care of! Jay went above and beyond to do what we needed and was very helpful explaining what he was doing and what our options were. They worked all day long in a heat index of 111 degrees with no shade and finally at 1:00 ASKED us if we cared if they broke for lunch. They took a very short lunch and were back at it. Before doing so Jay rigged it up so we could have ac while they were gone. Very courteous polite respectful pleasant and knowledgeable. Even better the work was done at about half of what the other estimates we had obtained. Can’t say enough good things about our experience.
