DynAMC Solutions ("DynAMC") helps clients meet their needs for non-mortgage lending loan review and consulting services. DynAMC's solutions are customizable by client and review scope; however, they generally include data integrity, credit, and elements of consumer compliance. For seasoned collateral, servicing, servicing transfer, modification, and collateral reviews may also be utilized. Mr. Franco has been involved with the parent company of DynAMC Solutions since 2008 and was appointed the Acting Chief Executive Officer in September 2011 and Chief Executive Officer in January 2013. Mr. Franco was previously employed as a Managing Director at Five Mile Capital Partners LLC ("Five Mile") a real estate oriented private equity fund manager with a mandate to invest in real estate assets, loans, and companies that deal in financial assets including asset backed and corporate lending. Mr. Britt is responsible for new business development and marketing at the parent company of DynAMC Solutions. Mr. Britt has over eighteen years of experience in the capital markets, focusing on mortgage and asset backed securitizations, due diligence, asset management, loan document custody, collateralized debt/loan obligations, and corporate debt offerings. Prior to joining , Mr. Britt was responsible for sales and marketing of corporate trust, hedge fund administration, and investment management solutions for Wilmington Trust Company, where he utilized his experience in the structured finance arena and leveraged banking, private equity, and hedge fund contacts to drive revenue. Mr. Britt also led document custody sales for Treasury Bank, a division of Countrywide Bank, and spent six years with JPMorgan Chase in various roles including MBS/ABS Trust sales and Relationship Management. Mr. Britt holds an MBA in Management and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Wagner College. Christopher Consoli is a senior Information Technology executive with over 20 years of leadership experience developing and executing technology strategies for investment banks and financial services firms. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Consoli served as the Global Head of Operations and Support for Bloomberg's Enterprise Solutions business which was focused on the holistic integration of market data feeds via data distribution platforms. Mr. Consoli created and built the operations team which was keenly focused on product stability and relationship management. He was responsible for ensuring that the managed services that were provided met customers' expectations, were supported properly and attained service level expectations. Prior to Bloomberg, Mr. Consoli was a founding partner of The Winter Group, an investment bank specializing in the purchase, sale and securitization of residential mortgages. Mr. Consoli served as the CIO/CTO at The Winter Group responsible for the development of all technology based businesses, products, infrastructure and policies. Products included a whole-loan portfolio and risk management system, a risk-based best execution model for loan purchases and securitizations, a web-based rate lock system, a loan recapture platform and a loss mitigation/distressed asset management suite. In addition, Mr. Consoli was instrumental in the creation, strategy and operations of the Loan Due Diligence subsidiary and served on its Board. All technology platforms were seamlessly integrated and were offered under the brand name Prism which was a residential loan portfolio management platform that integrated origination, due diligence and servicing functionality. Many of these components are still in operation today and are being used by investment banks, money managers and due diligence organizations. Mike joined AMC in December 2014 and is responsible for overseeing the AMC Consulting subsidiary along with product development efforts across multiple business lines. Mike collaborates with existing and new clients to identify and develop business solutions, implement services, and ensure operational systems and support exceed client expectations. Mike brings over seventeen years of experience in mortgage servicing and capital markets focusing on servicing, servicer oversight, due diligence, securitization, quality control, and operational risk assessment. Prior to joining AMC, Mike was Managing Director at both Stewart Lender Services and Allonhill where he was responsible for GSE and government operations and sales. While at Allonhill and Stewart, Mike developed numerous new business opportunities, managed client service, and directed several operations teams delivering on client quality control, due diligence, consulting, and oversight engagements. Mike originally joined Allonhill in 2008 where he helped establish Allonhill's hiring, training, systems, and operational execution strategies that accommodated significant growth prior to moving to Stewart. Prior to Allonhill, Mike was Vice President at Moss Codilis LLP and served multiple roles within the default arena at Washington Mutual with focus on default servicing operations, systems development, and integration of acquired entities. Brian Sherman joined AMC in 2014 and is focused on expanding due diligence and servicing solutions engagements among residential mortgage industry participants including investment banks, institutional investors/hedge funds, loan originators and servicers. Mr. Sherman has been involved in the securities and mortgage finance businesses for 21 years specifically in mortgage due diligence, servicer oversight, taxable fixed income distribution and options trading. Prior to joining AMC, Mr. Sherman was in Sales and Account Management positions with Stewart Lender Services/Allonhill in support of their diligence and servicer oversight operations. Earlier in his career Mr. Sherman spent a decade working with institutional clients in the taxable fixed income markets at several firms including Credit Suisse First Boston and J.P. Morgan and trading interest rate futures and options on the floor of the Chicago Board of Trade.
