Mission Statement Our mission at DURHAM Engineering, Inc. is to provide professional services for improving our communities through award winning engineering teams and experience. About DURHAM Engineering, Inc. DURHAM Engineering, Inc. was formed by Mr. Richard E. Durham, PE, LS, President, on December 31, 2007. Prior to this, DURHAM Engineering & Land Surveying, a sole proprietorship, was formed in November 1988. DURHAM Engineering, Inc. opened the Jacksonville, Florida office in January, 2011 with the addition of Mr. James L. Kunberger, PE, as Vice President. DURHAM Engineering, Inc. has performed numerous projects for Public Agencies such as the City of Indianapolis, Indiana Department of Transportation, Indianapolis Airport Authority, City of Anderson, City of Elwood and Madison County, as well as private clients. These services include Transportation Design, Construction Inspection, Aviation Design, R/W Engineering, Structural Design, Site Development, Surveying, Construction Engineering including Sanitary Sewer Improvements and Storm Water Management. DURHAM Engineering Inc. offers over thirty years of Structural and Material Design experience. DURHAM Engineering, Inc. is a certified with the City of Indianapolis. DURHAM Engineering, Inc. is also Pre-Qualified through the Indiana Department of Transportation and SBA Section 8(A) certified. At DURHAM Engineering, Inc., we are devoted to providing adequate staff and resources to produce a project that is on schedule and under budget. DURHAM Engineering, Inc. has been providing professional services for our clients for over 30 years and is a proud Hispanic-American Firm.
