Chae duPont is a Florida Mortgage Broker and an attorney at duPont Law, PA, where she practices real estate law. Chae (pronounced “Shay”) is a double graduate from the University of Miami (School of Business BA and School of Law JD). She has been practicing law for over twenty years and has been focusing her real estate practice on mortgage law since the foreclosure crisis of 2008. Chae opened duPont Mortgage, Inc. to assist her clients who had lost their homes during the foreclosure crisis. In today’s market, many lenders are courting prospective homeowners who had previously suffered a financial hardship but who are now ready to re-enter the housing market.
