George M. McBee brings more than 30 years of real estate industry expertise to Dunphy Development. His experience includes oversight of a project’s entire development from single tenant retail developments to retail mall redevelopments. Project design and management as an employee of several civil engineering firms to development management for retail land development companies. George worked for a Civil Engineer/Land Surveyor in New Jersey for 11 years and advanced himself through the ranks to become Project Manager. Upon his arrival in Florida in 1994, George worked with Avid Engineering as a Senior Designer on many commercial projects. He became the first Branch Manager of Avid’s Orlando office, eventually becoming COO and then a partner in the firm. While based in Tampa, Florida, we are a southeast regional company spanning Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Virginia.
