Founded in 2009, Duke Advisors is a retained executive search firm devoted to the asset management industry. The founding members have had a working relationship dating back to 2004. Collectively, they have over            50 years of combined investment/executive search experience and accomplishments. Prior to founding Duke Advisors, Roy Duke spent five years developing his business as a Managing Director, with a New York-based global recruiting firm.  Additionally, he has 15 years of senior level experience with well-respected investment management firms.  He advises his clients on Senior Level Search Assignments and Investment Team Liftouts.  Individual assignments have included C-Level, and Sales disciplines. Roy and his colleagues have successfully completed team liftouts encompassing a broad spectrum of style categories with varying degrees of complexity.  Our clients include independent investment managers as well as those affiliated with other entities (i.e. banks, insurance, brokerage firms, etc.).  We recognize our reputation is defined by how we're perceived to have handled an assignment, and teams that will be meaningful contributors to their firm's success."
