AnazaoHealth Corporation is organized around four Product and Service divisions: AnazaoHealth Corporation, a specialty pharmacy, has been in the compounding pharmacy business for over eighteen years, focusing on patient-specific preparations serving the nuclear medicine, pain management and custom pharmacy markets, as well as providing drugs used in clinical trials. AnazaoHealth is a pharmacy appropriately licensed in all fifty states and governed by the Boards of Pharmacy of those states. As such, AnazaoHealth compounds patient-specific preparations pursuant to a physician’s order. Where permitted by state pharmacy rules, AnazaoHealth prepares a limited amount of preparations for administration by physicians in physician’s offices in situations where commercial products are unavailable. Patient safety is and has always been the Company’s primary concern. AnazaoHealth has a quality oversight program that we believe is a compounding pharmacy industry leader. Pharmacists serve as Corporate Quality Director, Corporate Quality Manager, and as divisional Clinical Quality Managers. This oversight program allows the company to meet and / or exceed all USP <797> sterile compounding and USP <795> non-sterile compounding standards. In addition to the USP compounding standards, AnazaoHealth performs both internal and external audits to validate its quality assurance processes. The company’s sterile compounding process involves no fewer than four different validation checks prior to completion of an order and makes extensive use of bar code technology, lessening chance of human error. Mr. Weaver first joined AnazaoHealth’s Nuclear Pharmacy Operations leadership team in October 2000. In 2004 he was promoted to Brachytherapy Operations Manager, where he was responsible for leading the Brachytherapy Division’s daily operations, business development and quality system design and implementation. In 2005 the Brachytherapy Division achieved ISO13485:2003 certification, which was the first Nuclear Pharmacy in the United States to achieve and allowed the Brachytherapy Division to expanded distribution globally. In August of 2008, he was appointed General Manager, Custom Pharmacy Division located in Las Vegas, Nevada. He is the on-site senior manager responsible for all pharmacy operations and Custom business development. Prior to joining AnazaoHealth, Mr. Weaver owned and operated an Information Technology services business for 10 years. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Information Systems and Decision Sciences from University of South Florida, and his MBA degree from University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Mr. Berkoff joined AnazaoHealth in January 2009 as Director of Finance and Accounting. In October 2010, he was appointed Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. With more than 20 years of experience in financial operations management, Berkoff has established expertise in a wide range of corporate financial affairs including cost and project accounting, corporate tax, cash flow management, capital budgeting, sales forecasting, and attainment reporting. He has held CFO and senior level management positions in both manufacturing and service-oriented industries where he managed corporate functions such as sales, production, shipping, receiving, purchasing, information technology, and human resources. Berkoff, a Florida native, completed his bachelor’s degree at the University of South Florida and earned his master’s degree in accounting from LaSalle University. In 2014, Mr. Berkoff was named as the 2014 CFO of the Year for a medium size company by the Tampa Bay Business Journal. Mr. Bresnahan first joined AnazaoHealth as an internet and systems consultant in 2000, and then became IT Manager in March of 2001. In September 2006, he was appointed Director, Information Technology. He is responsible for leading the company's information technology department, including application software development, system implementations, computer operations, communications, networking and security. In September 2008 he gained responsibility to lead AnazaoHealth's Brachytherapy division. Prior to joining AnazaoHealth, Mr. Bresnahan was an operations and systems consultant with Coopers & Lybrand and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He received his MBA and Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration (Decision Information Science) from the University of Florida. AnazaoHealth is licensed to practice pharmacy in all 50 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. We provide high quality prescription medications to doctors, pain clinics and hospitals.
