DuBois has over 400 sales and technical representatives across North America. Our Cincinnati, Ohio office, laboratory and production facility occupies 105,000 square feet and has over 150 employees including scientists, customer service representatives, and production associates.

– The DuBois Soap Company is founded by T.V. DuBois in Cincinnati, Ohio. Established in a small four story structure adjacent to the Ohio River, the fledgling operation manufactures soap chips and powders for the city’s growing restaurant trade with a goal of "Sell – Service – Satisfy."
– DuBois survives the Great Depression in good financial condition and begins to expand its restaurant soap line to encompass industrial, maintenance and transportation cleaning products.
– DuBois product lines continue to grow with the key additions of water treatment and polymer lubricant products.
– DuBois forms a separate sales division to focus on the pulp and paper industry based on the success of DuBois products in that industry.
– DuBois acquires Perkins Products, a manufacturer of industrial lubricants. Perkins Products is based in Bedford Park, Illinois and has been servicing customers since 1983.
– DuBois acquires Mitco, Inc., a manufacturer of specialty chemical water and wastewater management products. Mitco is based in Grand Rapids, Michigan and was founded in 1949.
– DuBois acquires Galaxy Associates. The companies are not merely geographically close, they also share similar products and serve many of the same markets.
– DuBois acquires Angler Industries. This increases the DuBois market share in the Northeast while expanding access to Angler’s metalworking fluids and specialty cleaning products to a broad international market.
– DuBois Chemicals, Inc. has completed the acquisition of C.A.R. (Complete Auto Restoration) based in Holyoke, Massachusetts. C.A.R. is an innovative manufacturer of cleaning and detail products for the automobile market.
