Helping health care reach new heights Patty Bailey provides strategic leadership and operational planning for Peak PACE Solutions. She establishes long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies. Patty is an integral part of Peak PACE Solutions’ success and has been with the organization since its inception in 2009. Prior to joining Peak, Patty completed eight years in various accounting and compliance roles and two years as Health Information Management Director at a PACE organization. Patty was the CMS submission expert during the transition from demonstration to permanent provider status for a PACE program who was the first PACE organization to achieve this success. Bill is responsible for claims and data submission processes at Peak. He comes to Peak with over 18 years of experience in health plan operations for commercial, self-funded, Medicare Advantage, and PACE organizations; and is proficient in claims management, client services, account management and project management. He provided the highest level of customer service and continuously improved processes to meet the unique requirements of PACE organizations. Bill’s accomplishments include increasing profitability for several companies by effectively utilizing resources and technology and creating efficient and innovative strategies to achieve desired results. His accomplishments also include expanding the operations of a growing health plan to its parent company in Johannesburg, South Africa to help reduce operating expenses and increase overall profit margin. Jennifer oversees the encounter data submission processes for Medicare, implementing submissions for each state. She also identifies system change requirements and ensures they’re met. Her additional responsibilities include client implementations and trainings, business development and marketing. Jennifer has extensive experience in health care corporate planning and market research. Additionally, she was a permanent provider for CMS, created a sizeable client base for TriState Benefit Solutions and oversaw all TriHealth applications as IT Manager. She has also served as a nursing home administrator. Diana received a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Southeast Missouri State University. The National PACE Association exists to advance the efforts of Programs of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly.
