To return a product for repair, you must first obtain a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#) using the steps below. Please do not return any products until you are contacted by the repair facility and issued an RMA#. Contact us using this form, giving as much detail as possible. The more detail provided, the easier it will be to evaluate your request. Please attach any available failure reports with the tool when returning to the repair centre. Should a customer fail to respond to a repair quotation within 30 business days GE reserves the right to return the product back to the customer. All charges incurred up to this point will then be carried by the customer. Single shipments of large batches of defective product to a GE workshop may contribute to cycle delays driven by internal capacity constraints.
