Throughout my years and experience as a coach, I realized that while people are experiencing great benefits from the coaching process, working through and in fact getting past whatever their concerns were that brought them to coaching, I found that people out there who come to coaching crave something more. It occurred to me that yes the coaching was helping them however, I wanted to take on a more holistic approach, something that would be so sustainable, that my clients wouldn’t need me anymore. This desire to really bring people to amazing transformations, to reach astronomical success, led me to focus on adventure coaching and coaching people around and out of their comfort zones. When I began to do that, I found that people were happier, reached their coaching goals and life goals in a fraction of the time and their life as a whole began to morph into the life they’d always dreamed of for themselves. I’ll be honest, this may not be a very popular stance for a coach. I love my clients but when I first tell them “My goal in working with you is to get you to where you don’t need me anymore.” sometimes they’re taken aback. But it’s the truth. My goal for you is to help you achieve your goal for yourself, plain and simple. My dream for you is to help you begin to live your dream life, that’s it. The YOUniversal Success ® Program is based around, yes, you guessed it, YOU! The first step, and this one is tough for a lot of people, is knowing that you deserve those things you desire out of life. Your dreams and ambitions have been waiting for you to take charge and give it your all, and I'm going to help you do just that. Throughout the self-study modules within the ‘course’ portion of the program, you’ll be establishing the ground work. In unison with this aspect of the program, you and I will be working one-on-one in bi-weekly transformation sessions where we’ll work together, where I can offer you support, an objective perspective, and clarity. You will also have an open invitation to be a part of a powerful Dreamers Guild Mastermind group, made up of people who are both living the life of their dreams willing to share their wisdom and folks in that transformation process as well. Finally, part of the program includes adventure – as much or as little of it as you desire but we will adventure! My job is to challenge you, whether that means moving beyond self-limiting beliefs and habits or helping you see things from a new perspective. And if you enjoy your comfort-zone, then get ready: my most important job is helping you shatter that comfort zone and break free so you can experience life to the fullest.
